This appears to be an excellent product. Unfortunately, it was not what I thought it was. I needed a respiratory-rated concentrator; this product is for people who think if they breathe oxygen periodically they will feel better. I was a little annoyed when the company deducted the cost of postage and repacking from my refund. However, the return went smoothly.
